News from Finland – Poppy in the book

A new book about dog breeds by Amanita has been published in Finland🇫🇮, containing over 300 breeds, over 1500 photos and 500 pages.“Suomen Koirat” is the first Finnish book about dogs where you can see pictures and read about Korea Jindo Dog🇰🇷. The breed is represented by “Poppy” – Liubice Babushka, owned by Frostlady’s 🇫🇮 kennel.It is all the more wonderful that the book was published in only 1000 copies!  Congratulations to Poppy and her owner! This year’s Crufts took place on March 9th-12th. Korean Jindo was judged by Mrs E P Hollings.There were 9 Jindos entered. It is worth recalling that in the UK Korea Jindo Dog competes in the ring with Xoloitzcuintle in the AV Import Register Utility category. Both breeds are not fully recognized by The Kennel Club, therefore they compete together for Best of Breed.
